The 4 INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM of PAINTING was realized under the Aegis: N.A. ACHAIA’S, MUNICIPALITY OF RION, the Embassies and the A.S.F.A. of all countries that participated, UNESCO, UNRIC (OHE), Ministry. of Culture, Ministry. of Tourism and Ministry of Internal.
It concerns the official report of UN on the celebration of 60 years from the Ecumenical Statement of Human Rights.
