The  1st  ART COSMOS  will  take  place  on  25 to 31August 2025  in  the  luxury  Salles  du  Carrousel LE  CARROUSEL  DU  LOUVRE
The main exhibional space of Paris that is synonymous with art and history of whole the world in the heart of  the world’s greatest museum. 6,635 m² of halls area which can accommodate more than 4,000 guests. 4 modular suites ranging in size from 750 to 1,900 m²

INSTEAD PREFACE

Art Cosmos 2025 start the first realization in a brand amazing venue in the heart of Paris. 
One of the biggest annual cultural event of France also world, which have institutional prominence, will take place between 1 to 8 of September 2024 at the luxury CARROUSEL DU LOUVRE.
The Carrousel du Louvre is located at the very centre of the Louvre Palace, a place inextricably linked to French history, and a royal residence until the reign of Louis XIV.
Art Cosmos 2025 involves participations from 100 galleries, 1.000 artists and 5.000 artworks various dimensions from 60+ countries.
Its host Carrousel du Louvre in Louvre Palace is strongly associated with Culture and Arts and it is one of the most important cultural destinations in the whole world.
One of the most important art fairs in Europe, Art Cosmos will has been active since its establishment by the guarantee of Zervas Art and the Club for UNESCO of Arts in Achaia.
Its strong institutional presence is realized today, hosting and international galleries and artists, but also by its parallel artistic program.
Art Cosmos 2025 is organized under the auspices of all the Embassies of the participant countries.

Art Cosmos Scientific Team and the Artistic Director Panagiotis Zervas, have invites significant individuals from the international art community of Museum Directors, Universities of Fine Arts, Curators, Art Historians and Gallerists to join Art Cosmos 2025’s daily art program. Central axis of this year’s program is the question “Why you need Art?”
It is one congress answer questions within the international dialogue of the art scene.
We have to study the role of the artists as curators, the philosophy behind a curatorial and the exchange of knowledge between art and the audience.
In this spirit, we invite the public to attend a series of curated talks, in the contemporary era, where time serves as an acceleration machine, we have no choice but to consider the present as the very short future. 

Concurrently, we try to react to the needs of a global rhetoric and to create singular moments for the previous, current and future generations.

We feel the need to challenge and increase knowledge considering that art has an aspect of stimulus, in terms of that art should be revolutionary.

Famous Galleries from the whole world (160 countries) are invited and participated in the artistic works of the 1st ART COSMOS which is going to take place in LE CARROUSEL DU LOUVRE – LESS ALLES DU CARROUSEL at the dates 25-31 August 2025
The participation of the Galleries is great honor and support for the success of the great cultural world artistic meeting where we will talk with the common language of Art.
Art Cosmos will provide 100 sellected – independent – artists to participate and exhibit their works in the galleries stands.
You are welcome to send us your application for your participation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Participation in the exhibition is decided by the Selection Committee. Responses to participate in ART COSMOS 2025 will be sent up to 10 working days after the application.
1.2 Only the applications containing all the required information and the corresponding supporting material will be reviewed by the selection committee.
1.3  By sending the Application Form, the applicant is expressly and legally committed to its participation in the ART COSMOS 2025, if it is finally selected.
1.4  The application must be sent electronically (zervasart@gmail.com) as soon as possible and no later than 20 March 2025. After this date the organiser will not accept applications.
1.5 Only galleries with their own exhibition space and continuous exhibitions activity during the last two years have the right to submit applications.
1.6 Galleries that have been operating for less than two years can be participants only with stands of 20 sq.m.

2.1  The exhibitor has the right to request a different size of stand from the proposed one, but the organizer does not guarantee its concession in case of non-availability of space.
2.2  After the submission of the Application, the Exhibitor is not allowed change the size of the stand.
2.3  After the acceptance of the participation, the organizer reserves the right to change the size of the stand for practical reasons, after informing the exhibitor.
2.4  The exhibitor has the right to request a corner stand, with the additional cost provided, but the organizer does not guarantee its concession in case of unavailability.
2.5  The construction and the lights of the stands is the responsibility of the organizer.

3.1  If the gallery is accepted for participation in the exhibition, the exhibitor will receive a contract which must be returned signed within 5 working days with the deposit of 50%  advance of the total amount.
3.2  PAY OFF: 50% until June 30, 2025
The organizer reserves the right to refuse the participation of the exhibitor in case of non-completion of the payment agreement.

In case of cancellation of participation, the amount paid is not refund to the Exhibitor.
The Exhibitor have the right to use the 60% of the amount to register in next events.
In case of cancellation of the event, the organizer is obligated accept the 100% of the advance for the participation of the exhibitor in any next event.

1.1 Only 100 independent artists with studies in Higher Schools of Fine Arts and continuous exhibition activities for the last two years have the right to submit applications. Artists will be under the manage of the organiser or the organiser will promote them to some Gallery.
1.2 By submitting the Application, the applicant artist is explicitly and legally bound to participate in ART, if finally selected.
1.3 The application must be sent electronically (zervasart@gmail.com) as soon as possible and no later than 20 March 2025.
1.4 Only applications that contain all the required information and the corresponding supporting material will be considered by the selection committee.

1.1 Every Foundation – University – Academy or NGO of Fine Arts has the right to apply.
1.2 The artistic professors and students of the Institutions have the right to choose the art works that they will exhibit at their own risk. Their work will not be examined by the Participation Committee of the organizer.
1.3 The application must be sent electronically (zervasart@gmail.com) as soon as possible and no later than 20 March 2025.
1.4 Only applications that contain all the required information and the corresponding supporting material will be considered by the selection committee.
1.5 Each participating professor or student has the right to exhibit in a stand (wall) 200cm x 200 cm.

2.1 Applicants have the right to request a corner stand, if any, at the additional cost provided.
2.2 The exhibition of works may be held under the responsibility of the organizer, in case of absence of the applicant.
2.4 The requesting exhibitor has the right to request a different size from the proposed one, in case of availability.
2.5 The choice of space (location) is the responsibility of the organizer.

CURATING POLICY

Your primary function as VIP CURATOR will be the responsibility of artistic subject specialist, with the goal that you will conduct original selection of galleries, artists and art works from your country and guide “Art Cosmos” to accept their participation.
Every county can be represnted from one (1) currator.
The Art Cosmos have three (3) global curators which will be in contact and collaboration with the curators of all countries.

10 TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL VISA INTERVIEW AT THE U.S.  EMBASSY
We want you to be as well prepared as you can possibly be for your visa interview at the Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Tip 2: Dress Professionally  Be sure you are neatly groomed. This includes your hair, facial hair, etc. Wear a suit or business attire if possible. In short, look your absolute best. Do not wear fragrances or smoke before your interview. Interviews may be conducted in a small space, and you want to avoid smells that could offend the interviewer, especially if he or she has allergies.
Tip 3: Arrive Early  There will be interviews before and after yours, so you need to be prompt. Study the location and prepare to arrive early, even if it means waiting nearby in a coffee shop. Arrive for your scheduled interview 10 to 15 minutes early. Allow time for parking if you drive and finding the correct room in the building.
Tip 4: Arrive Alone  Do not bring any friends or family with you. Speak on your own behalf. It will reflect badly on your interview if you attempt to bring other people with you.
