Afrodite Karamanli was born in Thessaloniki. She studied Decoration. EY. She was a member of Conjectural Chamber of Greece, Union of Art Artist is of Conjectural Arts of North Greece and a member of the Greek Intellectual Property Organization of the Ministry of Culture.

She was at the Gallery of the Hellenic Cultural Movement of Thessaloniki (1980 -1984) and later she was the public relations officer of under establishment the Gallery of the Municipality of Stavroupoli, Thessaloniki. She organized in occasion of the Olympic Games in Greece, International Exhibitions in various home towns of Olympic winners with 700 works from 35 countries (2000 – 2004).

She participated, with her own works, in International Exhibitions of France, Belgium, Biennale of Canada 2000, as well as in Galleries of Thessaloniki. Athens, Crete Island and other cities of Greece.In 2011 she participated in the exhibition, the Museum of Instant Images School of VAN GOGH, in Tilburg, Netherlands and was also given the second prize by the judges of the galleries of Russia (St. Petersburg). In 2013 she was given the prize “Prize of Art” by art historians of Ozaka, Japan. In 2014 she is elected after evaluation to represent the Chamber of Fine Arts (EETE) at the 6th Artistic Symposium in Romania.

2015 participation to Art-Athina 2016 and Art-Thessaloniki-Gallery from Turkey.

 She elected 6^th Biennale Beijing 2015 with work “Letters to Alexander the Great” – Thessaloniki.

 In 2016, participation and Master class in Moscow, theme: “Aristoteles – on Colors”, color binding materials in Ancient Greek painting (egg tempera). Unesko Monaco 2016 and 2018 .International Library of Cuba 2017. National Museum House l.N.TOLSTOI – Russia 2018. Gallery “Desmos” Paris 2018 .
