Cristina Minacori is an award-winning artist based in Argentina whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally and in the United States. Through metaphors, her works explore themes relating to her life, the gaze of being and its relationship with social, political, and personal events. However, Minacori cites color as being the protagonist of her compositions. She employs pastels, acrylics, oils, and markers on canvas.

Nascent Buenos Aires, Argentina. A graduate of the National School of Fine Arts “Ernesto de la Crcova, Prilidiano Pueyrredny Manuel Belgrano, specializing in painting. Desempea currently as Associate Professor of Occupation and technicians ctedra Paint and Painting Proyectual level I to V, at the Instituto Universitario Nacional de Arte IUNA. He has exhibited his works in his country, Uruguay and United States of North America. Since 1977 he has participated in more than a hundred rooms to which he was selected. His career has been awarded various national and private rooms of his PASY by the Italian Consulate in Argentina. Minacori says of his painting: Painting begins observing reality to interpret. In my works of imagination, color and space coexist without Comperta the leading roles. I think a world of fantasy that satirizes the daily and the plans to a territory where the prevailing feeling of innocence and playful child along with mood and look of the spectator accomplices. I consider myself a space of a parallel reality, more than that, wishes to make of that other world, of dreams, aspirations, of the negated, pain, pleasure and even the forbidden .
